Problems logging in? Make sure your browser is configured correctly!

If you've met all of the following requirements, then go to Diagnostics below and email your answers to us.

Use a supported browser

The following browsers are supported:

  • Windows XP or newer:
    • Internet Explorer 8
    • Firefox (newer versions)
  • Mac OS X:
    • Safari 5 and 4.1

If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can check your version by going to Help -> About Internet Explorer.

Turn cookies on

If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can check this by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Customize Level -> scroll down to "Cookies."

Turn pop-up blockers off or add *.llu.edu to your allowed sites

How this is done depends on your pop-up blocker.

Clear your cache and/or cookies

In some cases people have problems when their browser shows them a cached web page instead of the correct web page. If you continue to have problems, try clearing your disk cache, memory cache, and cookies.

In Internet Explorer, you can do this by going to Tools --> Internet options --> General

Diagnostics

If you continue to have problems, please email the results from these questions to lluhelpdesk@llu.edu and we will help you figure it out.

(1) What OS are you using? Windows? Mac? Other? What version?

(2) What browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Firefox? Safari? Other? What version?

(3) Go to myllu.llu.edu and click on the For Students tab. Do you get the "MyLLU" page?

(4) From there, scroll down and click on the red [Login] button in the Student Services box. Do you get a login page? If not, what do you see? Please tell us the specific error you get.

(6) If you get this far ok, enter your ID or SSN and PIN and press Login. If you get an error, please tell us the specific error you get.
