About Caroline A. Baek, MSN

"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long." Psalm 25:4-5

I like to describe my personal teaching style as one that is student-centered. I believe that my role as their faculty is to be the facilitator, to encourage their self-learning in the classroom through the use of immersive case studies and personal experiences.  In doing so, students will be able to problem-solve with their peers as a team, which is an important skill needed in the clinical environment. My vision for my students is for them to identify their intellectual strengths, as I guide them to transform into their personal best in the clinical environment to promote confident, compassinate, and genuine nurses of Loma Linda University School of Nursing.
