On this page, you'll find information about academic life at Loma Linda University during COVID-19. Classes continue to be held either online, in-person with safety precautions, or both.

For more details about these changes, please contact your school's administration.

Fall Quarter

Following San Bernardino County guidance, all face-to-face didactic classes are now online. Classes and coursework will remain online until the county incidence of COVID-19 decreases to a safer level.

Hands-on clinical training and skill development continue in-person for groups of 15 or fewer students and faculty. Clinical rotations also continue for individuals with full personal protective equipment (PPE).

We're working hard to continue your quality education. When in-person classes resume, you'll be notified by your school or program.

International Students

Students who hold the F-1 student visa who register for a full-time course load and are registered for at least one course that is face-to-face, or hybrid that requires a physical presence on-campus or in-person learning during the course, will be able to maintain their F-1 immigration status and remain in the U.S. for Fall quarter. Please contact International Student and Scholar Services at 909-558-4955 for questions.

Student Services

The Offices of University Records, University Admissions, Student Accounts and Financial Aid are physically closed. However, full services are available by phone, email and in-person (as necessary by appointment)
