  • PhD Nursing Science Inventory The aims of the study are to explore how PhD prepared nurses are supporting the science of nursing by categorizing prevalent dissertation topics to identify gaps in preparation amenable to new pedagogical techniques, and determine the extent to which these PhD faculty are engaged in teaching at schools of nursing.  Additionally, investigating factors that may influence PhD prepared nurses’ research trajectories and scholarly productivity will increase understanding of current trends in PhD students’ intention to go into academia, research, or administration in clinical settings.   • Wellness Over Weariness (WOW) for Nurses The aims of the study are to explore stress and wellbeing among LLUH nursing staff and investigate the effectiveness of a short, biologically based, wellness intervention, and to replicate a previous study in a similar sample. (10/2020 - 10/2021)
